We've been using Stella for almost a year now and have only great things to say about it! It helps us manage the end-to-end workflow for our business by integrating into our website lead form, providing customer quotes, booking orders, scheduling deliveries, and automating billing. It also helps us with operations by managing inventories and with financials by integrating into QuickBooks. It's an impressive software that has lots of functionality yet is simple to use.

One of the main reasons why we're able to keep our overhead costs down is because of how much Stella can do. One person can easily run all our back-office functions simply because of the versatility of the software. That's money that goes straight to the bottom line. We started our business at the beginning of 2020 and were doing everything ourselves on various platforms, including manually billing customers and managing our own list of container locations. As I opened my portable storage business in July of 2021, I was referred to Cathy and the Stella team for their software. Since day 1 from the onboarding and training process they have done nothing but simplified booking customers, receiving payment, and helping me stay on top of all my bookkeeping. If there is ever an issue I run into, Cathy and her team go above and beyond with immediate response and amazing effort to make sure the issue is resolved.
