How each one actually works
QuickBooks — no double entry
Stella syncs with QuickBooks Online so billing you've already done in Stella doesn't get re-keyed into your accounting system. You'll need a QuickBooks Online account.
Signiflow e-signing — included
Contract send and sign is built into Stella through Signiflow. You don't need a separate document signing account, and there's no extra charge for it.
Payments — Payment Depot and Authorize.net
We recommend Payment Depot as your processor; they'll set you up with an Authorize.net account at no additional fee, which is what Stella uses as the gateway. Credit card processing fees are the only added cost beyond your subscription.
Calendars — Outlook and Google
Bookings auto-populate Outlook and Google Calendar with the customer information, door direction, box size, box number and location details your drivers need.
Google Maps
Box placement and inventory plot onto Google Maps, with filter, search and export, so you can see coverage across your service area at a glance.
Hosted on Amazon Web Services
Stella is cloud-based and runs on AWS. Nothing to download, Mac and PC friendly — a modern browser like Chrome and a decent connection is all your team needs. The only browser we don't recommend is Internet Explorer.
